Introduction to Workello👋

Gordana Sretenović, the founder of Workello, shared the intriguing backstory of her company. Workello, named after Rihanna's song "Umbrella," initially began as a content marketing agency. Faced with the challenges of manually hiring content writers and editors, Gordana and her co-founders decided to create a tool to automate the testing process. Workello was born from this necessity to streamline and simplify the hiring process for content creators.

Before launching Workello to the public, the team conducted extensive internal testing. They used the tool themselves and engaged a select group of beta testers from their community to fine-tune and validate its functionality.
